I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vichy Thermalia Spa Hôtel in Moulay Yacoub, Fes, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The hotel's location is nestled amidst beautiful surroundings, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the spa facilities. Vichy Thermalia Spa is a haven of rejuvenation and wellness. The spa's staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring that I had a truly indulgent experience. The range of treatments and therapies offered was extensive, catering to various preferences and needs. Whether it was a soothing massage, a refreshing facial, or a relaxing soak in the thermal pools, I left feeling revitalized and refreshed.
The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. Their warm and welcoming nature truly enhanced the overall experience.
If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch spa facilities, I highly recommend Vichy Thermalia Spa Hôtel in Moulay Yacoub, Fes. It's the perfect destination to unwind, rejuvenate, and immerse yourself in tranquility. I cannot wait to return for another memorable stay!
The Spa itself: Overrated unfortunately. People are taking their mobile phones with them into the swimming area and make pictures. There is no place inside to have some tea. For a coffee ( 50 dh...! ) I had to go to the hotel lobby.
Lack of hygiene....dirty. The sauna was too dark with mold, I didn't get in. The prices for the beauty treatments and massage are really exorbitant. Only good thing was the bath itself, But after 30 minutes you're bored due to a lack of variety.
Hôtel very clean. The staff is noce and helpful. However, too many staff members in the spa area which makes communication very tedious. I had the experience of getting an info and the opposite in 5 minutes. A high five to the director though. Very professional man.
A great institution, more professional, more comfortable for recreation, energy recovery, great staff, it was a good stay, as well as a great SPA service and reasonable price .we will come back again, I recommend this beautiful place.
I came to vichy hotel for the first time and I was sooo chocked with how rude is the spa staff .
We were there for the first time and we were exploring the spa area when suddenly a female employee approached us angry asking us to leave the place cause our package didn't include the jacuzzi uses instade of just explaining how it works and charging my room for that .she was very disrespectful and rude .
We use to visit spa all around the world and the use of jacuzzi was included so we thought the same since the rooms were open .
Very chocked and disappointed. I am definitely not coming back it's such a great place with a miserable staff unfortunately.
Bad bad bad experience , thanks to the me hakary et Hayat treating me of liar . Booked hammam and massage for me and my kids , they added me another treatment I did not asked and the forced me to do it . I ended up paying for it no matter what I said . And they talked in a manner so disrespectful with aggressive body language. Will never go back
I stayed in this hotel twice. First time was OK and the second time was a nightmare we were having breakfast this morning and the breakfast soup had bugs and worms. We went to Jacuzzi. It was not hot enough and we asked to go to the swimming pool, which is much warmer, and the manager was rude And ask for more money and I was not the issue. The issue was that front desk never explain to us that we have only one choice either Jacuzzi or the hot swimming pool and we looked for the general manager of the hotel and they said they don’t have one which I couldn’t understand for what happened to me today I will not come back to the hotel after spending over $1500 so if you come to this hotel, be careful with the food and the hotel was rated 4 stars I will not rated this hotel four stars to meet is only 3 stars also, the carpet in my room will smell like was wet and I asked for another room they said no rooms were available
Undoubtedly, the hotel is both beautifully positioned and beautifully designed. The food is of a high standard (and they were very accommodating of our vegan and gluten-free requests). However, there is one BIG let-down to this so-called …
